Assistant Director of Nursing- Long Term Care
Rate: $38 - $40/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday (days)
Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Long-Term Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our Long-Term Care residents while leading and mentoring our dedicated nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of long-term units.
- Manage tasks assigned by the Director of Nursing
- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training for nursing staff to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Oversee clinical operations, including care plans, quality assurance, and infection control programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, staff development programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
