Floor Maintenance Technician
Rate: $16.60 - $19.06/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floor surfaces throughout the facility
- Perform floor stripping, buffing, waxing, and refinishing as needed
- Clean and shampoo carpets and rugs
- Complete light window, wall, and surface cleaning duties
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and infection control standards
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and visitors
- Perform additional housekeeping and floor care duties as assigned
- Minimum 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous floor maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, cleaning products, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to perform physical tasks and remain active throughout the workday
