Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Looking for flexibility while maintaining a consistent schedule?

The McGuire Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool serving facilities in the East Patchogue area. This position is ideal for CNAs who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support multiple teams while delivering exceptional resident care.

Schedule

• Custom schedule available
• Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week
• Additional shifts available based on need
• Day, evening, and overnight opportunities
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care provided according to facility policy
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Float between assigned McGuire Group facilities as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA Certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned facilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
