Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Host:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage the host stand and dining room seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and accommodate special seating requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure timely seating and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, wait times, and restaurant policies.
• Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing accurate information.
• Uphold all company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and guest confidentiality.
• Support team members as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
