This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition and Call Specialist (Commission) located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Acquisition and Call Specialist will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential clients, conducting market research, identifying acquisition opportunities, and guiding clients throughout their real estate journey. Additional responsibilities include managing acquisition programs, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify opportunities and trends in real estate
- Strong Acquisitions and Program Management skills to manage and execute property acquisition strategies effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
