Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full cycle recruiting process for engineering, operations, and administrative roles.
- Proactively source candidates. Source and engage through phone, emails, texts, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skillset, and interests to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Accurately and promptly communicate with hiring managers and applicants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records in our HRIS and make sure every hire is documented and compliant.
- Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles. Foster relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Travel to colleges/tech schools, high schools, recruiting fairs, etc. to promote F&V employment opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing instincts, you don’t wait for applicants; you go find the right people.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong judgment, while having strong presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
