Salary Range: Salary commensurate with experience.
Position: In-Office

Qualifications:
- Must be currently licensed to practice in West Virginia.
- A strong work ethic. Highly motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Ability to do depositions, argue motions, and take cases through trial.
- Punctuality and dependability required.
