- Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other lawn care equipment.
- Leadership & Communication: Experience leading small crews, delegating tasks, and communicating clearly with team members and clients.

- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control applications as needed.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, safe, and meet company quality standards.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, reporting any issues or needed repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skill level, efficiency, and safety awareness.
- Monitor property conditions and report issues such as irrigation problems, pest concerns, or landscape needs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and property notes.
- Uphold company values by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance preferred. Experience leading a crew is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization.
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
