Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Hours: Consistent, full-time hours.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Lawn Care Skills: Basic knowledge of mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing is preferred but not required.
- Equipment Familiarity: Ability to safely use trimmers, edgers, blowers, and push/stand-on mowers (training provided).
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a Lawn Maintenance Lead.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in Florida weather.
- Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential and commercial properties.
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
- Follow instructions from the Lawn Maintenance Lead to ensure quality service.
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, hedge trimming, and debris removal.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members.
- Uphold company quality standards on every property.
Minimum Required Experience and Education
- Experience: Prior lawn maintenance or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required; we will train motivated candidates.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of lawn care equipment and mowing practices is helpful.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job needs.
- Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
