Must-Have Qualifications
- Valid FL Driver’s License: Clean driving record for the past 5 years (required to drive company vehicle).
- Industry Experience: 2–5 years in commercial landscaping, turf management, irrigation, or outdoor service account management.
- Proven Track Record: Experience managing commercial accounts, meeting sales/upsell goals ($200K in annual enhancements), and conducting property site audits.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (Aspire experience is a major plus!), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional relationship-building skills with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients.
Requirements
Client Retention & Property Audits
- Build deep, trusting relationships with commercial property managers and HOA boards.
- Conduct scheduled property site walks (logged in Aspire CRM) to catch landscape, irrigation, or pest issues before the client notices.
Portfolio Growth & Enhancement Sales
- Identify property improvement opportunities and present prompt, accurate enhancement proposals (mulch overhauls, plant upgrades, irrigation fixes).
- Hit annual growth targets ($200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in new service contracts).
Operations Alignment
- Work closely with branch managers, service coordinators, and crew leaders to ensure job-site quality matches client expectations.
- Support client communication during service adjustments or billing inquiries.
