We’re seeking a Program and Operations Manager to help us deliver our mission with excellence and heart. This role oversees the logistics, finances, and coordination behind our marriage programs and community events. The right candidate will thrive in a warm, faith-based environment where administrative skill and ministry purpose come together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate evening programs and workshops, supporting facilitators and volunteers.
- Manage program budgets and financial tracking.
- Oversee grant compliance, data collection, and reporting.
- Plan and execute events, ensuring a welcoming environment for couples.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and maintain organized records.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of nonprofit program, event planning, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and databases.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings.
