What You’ll Do
- Strategize & Plan: Develop social media strategies that align with client goals and brand voices across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Create & Curate Content: Craft engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Community Engagement: Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and build authentic relationships with followers.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure social content supports broader campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Stay Current: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, tools, and best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5 years managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Must be local
- Must be comfortable capturing video/photos
- Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting authentic, on-brand messaging.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
- Comfort with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
- Team player attitude with a passion for creativity and collaboration.
