Your Role as an STNA:
As an STNA at The Mariemont Care Center, you will provide hands-on care for residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. You’ll work closely with nurses and other team members to deliver exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Work collaboratively with your team to provide high-quality care
Requirements:
Current STNA certification in Ohio
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to resident care
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
