Positions Available:
Maintenance Technician (Full-Time Year-Round & Part-Time *Seasonal Evening Shifts)
This role requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs across various systems. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment through routine maintenance, repairs, and technical support. (Pay $17-$25 per hour DOE)
Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed to improve facility infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a related field.
- Experience with construction or facility upgrades is a plus.
Parking Attendant (Seasonal) - We are seeking a reliable and attentive Parking Attendantto manage vehicle flow and ensure smooth parking operations at our facility. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. (Pay $15-$17 per hour DOE)
Duties
- Direct and assist drivers in parking vehicles efficiently
- Provide guidance to visitors and guests regarding parking policies and directions
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
