Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant/Driver to support our facility's operational needs. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, operating company vehicles to take residents to appointments, and assisting with various repair and facility management duties. Must love working with senior citizens .
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Operate company vehicles safely for transportation.
- Conduct welding and residential painting as needed for facility upkeep or projects.
- Assist with supervising maintenance projects and coordinate tasks with team members or contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors And residents
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical work, mechanical repairs, welding, and residential painting.
- painting experience a plus.
- Previous driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles safely. This comprehensive skill set ensures the Maintenance Assistant/Driver can effectively support our facility's operational excellence while maintaining safety standards across all tasks performed.
