Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations on food and beverage options including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Take accurate orders using our Micros POS, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage beverage service by preparing and serving beer, wine, and soft drinks.
• Maintain guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Skills (required)

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales efficiently.
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
