Title: Concierge
Location: Kennewick, WA
Salary: $19 – $21/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time, 20-30 hours weekly, weekends required

What You’ll Be Doing
Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
Support events, reservations, and resident activities
Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe, high-quality experience
