Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Summary

Duties

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Provide service quotes, explain our cleaning process, and convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain a high level of communication
• Manage daily schedules, route changes, and customer updates
• Send confirmations, reminders, and post‑service follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in our system
• Support marketing efforts with outreach calls and seasonal promotions
• Assist with customer satisfaction tracking and issue resolution
• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure smooth service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
