We are seeking an Industrial sales & customer service representative to join our team and service accounts in Connecticut, New York & Massachusetts. You will be working directly with the Sales, Service, Parts & Rental Departments and reporting directly to the Sales department, helping facilitate the following:New & used truck salesNew & used truck aftermarket opportunitiesServicePartsRentalsProspecting & acquisition of service work opportunities at existing and new accounts on all brands of lift trucksProspecting & the facilitation of rental opportunitiesProspecting & the facilitation of parts opportunitiesAdditional job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Going on new & used truck deliveries to go over forklift, explain warranty & set up PM service contractsGoing on demonstrations (demo's) to go through machine with customerForklift Safety TrainingCold Calling / Prospecting / Data Mining through lead software (New / Used truck sales, service & rentals)Troubleshoot & resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsSales department paperwork coordination and adminQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus but not requiredMaterial handling / Forklift knowledge or experienceAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent phone, email & text messaging skillsAdditional PerksJob advancement opportunitiesMonthly car expense or gas allowanceCell phone expenseMedical and Prescription Plan401k with a partial company matchPaid vacation daysBenefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance Experience: sales: 3 years (preferred, but not required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
