Hat Brander/Shaper - Wool Felt - Hat Bar Events

We're seeking creative, people-oriented individuals to join our team at exciting pop-up and large corporate events across Texas. This is your chance to turn your passion for fashion into extra income while learning specialized branding techniques in a fun, dynamic environment. **What You'll Do:**

• Assist customers in selecting and styling hats, boots, and accessories that reflect western and boho aesthetics
• Perform custom branding on hats, leather goods, and other brandable merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, event-based retail environment
• Set up and break down event displays and branding equipment
• Collaborate with the design team to execute the brand vision at each location
• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction throughout each event
• Work independently and as part of a team across multiple Texas markets

• Willing to travel OR service specific markets such as Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, Houston, or San Angelo.

**Requirements:**

• Retail or customer service experience
• Genuine love for hats and western/boho fashion (bonus if you wear them yourself!)
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work events as needed and as we are growing and adding more events
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit

**Compensation:** $20-25/hour, contract position

**Confirmed Event Dates:** August 20-21 (Austin), September 10 (Fort Worth), September 19 (San Angelo), October 14 (Houston), November 4/5 (Austin)
