Expected Work Hours:
- This position can be either part-time or full-time
- The restaurant's working schedule is Monday to Sunday
- Full-time employees are anyone who works more than 30 hours per week on average for one year; however, Team Leaders are expected, though not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on average

Responsibilities
- Maintain top-notch fast-food quality standards
- Master the art of fast-food restaurant operation with finesse
- Infuse an atmosphere of friendliness and exceptional fast-food customer service
- Own the excitement of opening and closing the fast-food restaurant, including fast-food cash handling
- Collaborate on key fast-food personnel decisions with the management team
- Take charge, running fast-food shifts and leading the development of our incredible fast-food team
- Uphold and champion Hat Creek's vibrant fast-food restaurant culture as a leader
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years in the restaurant industry OR one year of management in the restaurant/similar industry
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
