Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist based in Lincoln, NE, with some flexibility to work from home for documentation and coordination tasks. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat individuals with lymphedema and related conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing assessments, providing manual therapy and therapeutic interventions, educating patients and caregivers on self-management strategies, and monitoring progress toward functional goals. The role also involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, coordinating services with referring providers, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The Occupational Therapist will participate in quality improvement activities, contribute to patient and community education, and stay current with best practices in lymphedema and rehabilitation care.

Qualifications
- Clinical proficiency in Occupational Therapy, with experience or strong interest in lymphedema care and Rehabilitation.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to lymphedema, edema management, and related comorbidities.
- Strong Communication skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and patient education.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics and comfort adapting interventions for children and adolescents when needed.
- Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
- Completion of, or willingness to pursue, specialized training or certification in lymphedema management (e.g., CLT) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
