We’re looking for dependable Seasonal Snow Removal Technicians to help maintain clear and safe properties during winter weather. When it’s not snowing, you may assist with routine cleaning or light outdoor maintenance projects depending on company needs.
This role is on-call and requires individuals who are prepared to respond quickly as snow conditions change.
What You’ll Do
- Clear snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, and entryways using your own snow shovel or snow blower.
- Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed to prevent refreezing and ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls and follow work orders efficiently.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and provide before/after photos of completed work.
Requirements
- Must have your own snow removal equipment (snow shovel, blower is a plus, and appropriate winter gear).
- Must be available on-call during snow events (early mornings, days, or weekends).
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned job sites.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow clear directions
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for small equipment upkeep.
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
