Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Open Shifts
Full-Time
2pm to 10pm
10pm to 6am
Part-Time
Transportation Aide - Requires Driver's License and acceptable driving record
PRN also available
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate patient care and support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of residents within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills.
