What You'll Do
- Validate contracts content of electronic files to ensure we are compliance with federal and local laws.
- Convert paper files to electronic for data retention.
- Support cross-functional and cross-organizational sourcing initiatives and strategies.
- Improve Operational Excellence by cross-checking metadata of electronic files to ensure status, effective and termination dates are populated.
- Assist with converting historical paper documentation to electronic files in the database and electronic environmental library.
- Utilize project management skills to execute multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Participate in legal projects as needed.
- Must be able to work part-time October 2026 - February 2027: 15-20 hours per week during the Fall of 2026 and part-time 15-20 hours per week during the Winter of 2026/27.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Wickliffe, Ohio location.
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date on or after May 2027.
- Must be able to work independently, self-starting, and initiative-taking.
- Must be able to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Must be able to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and imperfect data.
