Personal Injury Paralegal

We’re seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and play a key role in moving cases forward—from initial investigation through litigation support.
What You’ll Do
Case Investigation & Research
- Conduct fact investigations using public records and online tools
- Perform legal research to support case strategy
- Assist in identifying causes of action and building strong cases
Medical Records & Damages
- Request, review, and organize medical records
- Prepare and maintain damage summaries (medical bills, lost wages, property damage)
- Ensure all case documentation is accurate and up to date
Legal & Litigation Support
- Draft affidavits, correspondence, and legal documents
- Assist with discovery and deposition preparation
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
Case Management
- Track deadlines and manage case timelines
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems
- Record and report billable hours
Client Communication
- Act as a key liaison between attorneys and clients
- Communicate updates and gather information throughout the case lifecycle
- Provide professional, timely, and compassionate client support
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
