Bartender/Server Looking Glass

RARE OPPORTUNITY!!! To join our team. Looking for someone to fill 4-5 shifts per week. Some flexibility possible.

Looking for someone who wants to join the team long term. 2-5 years in the business preferred. schedule would consist of 1-2 late nights, 1 happy hour, and possible afternoon shifts on the weekends. Fun Environment!!!!!!

We rarely hire so looking for someone that is a good fit. It’s important that you flex between independent work and being able to move into a 3/4 person team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and attentive service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers with precision using retail math skills.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills to foster repeat business.
• Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele. Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
