About the Role
We’re urgently hiring a Service Coordinator to act as the connective tissue between the field, the office, and leadership. This is not a dispatcher role. It’s a field-support and service administration role designed to absorb the constant questions, issues, and escalations that come from technicians and customers, so the Service Manager can focus on leading the department instead of drowning in interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first-line support for service technicians, handling pricing questions, job clarification, and process guidance
- Act as the primary escalation point for customers who need to “speak to a manager,” resolving issues professionally and decisively
- Support the Service Manager by absorbing daily administrative and operational friction from the field
- Review jobs before and after completion for accuracy (pricing, documentation, notes, forms)
- Maintain service documentation, forms, and internal processes with precision
- Ensure jobs are properly set up, flowing, and closed out correctly in the system
- Coordinate closely with operations, accounting, and leadership to prevent downstream issues
- Use ServiceTitan (or similar platforms) to manage workflows, customer data, and job records
- Participate in ride-alongs and field check-ins as needed to support technicians, reinforce expectations, and improve performance
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to calmly and confidently handle escalations
- High technical aptitude and comfort using service management software (ServiceTitan or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills — you stay ahead of details and moving parts
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, including job types and workflows
- Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility and follow things through without being chased
Strongly Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience using ServiceTitan
- Hands-on or technical background in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades
- Experience supporting field technicians or service managers in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
