Our growing wine portfolio is a key ingredient to our success, and we are looking for a highly experienced and personable Sommelier to join our team and bring our Wine Program to the next level.
Job Description:
As our Sommelier & Wine Director, you will be the curator of the Log Cabin wine experience. You will manage our wine portfolio, add tasting notes to our menu, train our team of servers and staff, plan and host wine-related events, and help guests discover the perfect wine for their meal.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand our wine portfolio, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Maintain wine inventory, manage purchasing, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Plan and host monthly wine tastings and other wine-related events.
- Train and mentor servers and staff on wine knowledge and service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create perfect wine pairings.
- Provide personalized wine recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.

Salary : $50 - $65
