Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all maintenance activities within the facility.
- Ensure the building is in compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- Perform regular inspections and repairs on the facility’s equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
