What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hot dog cart attendant position at The Log Cabin Bar and Grill?
This is our fourth year operating a hotdog stand outside our main restaurant, The Log Cabin Bar and Grill located at the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville. We open the cart, weather permitting, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11-7 and after June 1st its open every day. During busy times, we have 2 people at the cart, one takes orders via IPad, gets the drinks and collects payment, while the second person prepares the hot dogs. During slower times, there's only one person. You can dress in shorts, short sleeve shirt etc so you are comfortable and we have a portable speaker so you can enjoy some music. Drinks and food are free to employees from the hot dog cart and restaurant during shifts. You must be outgoing, reliable, a people person. We are not looking for someone to sit on the chair and play on their phone. We were having issues last year with attendants dressing in sweat pants, constantly on their phones, not stocking products and running out of supplies during the day. We want someone to be pleasant, interact with customers and be proactive with the business. This is a good opportunity for someone who like to work outside in the fresh air. If this sounds like a good fit, please submit a resume or send us a message on here.
