The Loft Steakhouse is open Sunday through Thursday (Friday Saturday closed)
Duties
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Supervise the grill station, managing team members to maintain efficiency and high standards of food production
- Oversee inventory control for grilling ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to plan menus that highlight grilled specialties and meet dietary requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, handling procedures, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- Lead shift management activities, including coordinating staff schedules and ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods
- Assist in training new team members on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on grilling techniques and food presentation in fine dining or hospitality settings
- Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen or food service teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in banquet, catering, or restaurant management with excellent organizational skills
