Responsibilities
Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Support food service operations by delivering dishes, refilling beverages, and ensuring timely table turnover. Maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning of dining areas, utensils, and service stations. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices. Help with catering events and special functions to ensure seamless service and presentation. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies and assisting with basic food prep when needed.
Skills
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Experience in food service, restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality environments. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food handling safety standards. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding service expectations.
