Job Summary
Housekeepers work as a team to clean all 15 guest rooms as well as the public areas of the Lodge daily. This position is a full-time hourly position with benefits and is a day shift with no nights required. Applicant must already live locally.
Please note: This position requires working weekends. Standard schedule will include 2 consecutive days off during the week.
Responsibilities and Duties
Housekeepers are responsible for thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, patios and public areas to the Lodge’s high standards. They are also responsible for making beds, washing and folding laundry and restocking guest supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and speak English. A minimum of one year working in a housekeeping position is preferred but not required. Enthusiasm, hardworking and dependable with the ability to work well in a team. Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays. A drug test and background screening are required.
Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable taking a ferry to work every day.
