What You'll Do
You know... Occupational Therapy.
- Evaluate residents
- Create treatment plans
- Improve independence and quality of life
- Help residents safely return to meaningful activities
- Collaborate with the team
- Complete documentation
- Work your clinical magic
The difference is you'll have a team that supports you while you're doing it.
Who We're Looking For
An OT who:
- Knows their stuff
- Loves working with older adults
- Believes dignity matters
- Understands that every resident has a story
- Can balance compassion with clinical excellence
- Has a sense of humor because healthcare without humor is just paperwork
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist License
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Rehabilitation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet documentation and regulatory requirements
- You can explain Medicare regulations without crying.
- You know what PDPM stands for without Googling it.
- You've ever fixed a wheelchair, found a hearing aid, solved a family concern, and treated a resident all before lunch.
- You understand that therapy gyms occasionally double as detective agencies.
