Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Develop and manage daily, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules for resident services team members, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper staffing levels.
- Communication: Proactively communicate schedule changes, open shifts, and policies to staff; keep management informed of staffing issues.
- Payroll & Attendance: Monitor team member time and attendance records, and assist with accurate, timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- Administration: Respond to payroll/timekeeping inquiries, maintain staff confidentiality, and track FMLA/LOA/Worker’s Compensation in collaboration with HR.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling/payroll software is a plus.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

- Adaptable: Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent changes.

- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs consistently, and assist with heavier loads occasionally (up to 250 lbs with assistance).
