Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at The Lodge at Glendorn. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all common areas are tidy and well-maintained for guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock room supplies as needed, including linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to maintain inventory of clean linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
