Guest Room Attendant

Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences the highest standards of hospitality. Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property.
• Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Conduct periodic inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns, reporting them promptly for resolution.
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and guests.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to janitorial and custodial standards.
• Support other housekeeping team members during busy periods or special requests to uphold service excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to guest requests.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
