Job Description: Kitchen Porter
Duties:
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen and Front of House team with various tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Reliable transportation, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
