Join our proud and compassionate team in a warm, home-like assisted living community serving just 16 senior residents. We’re looking for a dependable and creative Cook who enjoys preparing delicious, home-style meals and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Qualifications:
- Ability to follow established menus, recipes, and directions
- Comfortable working independently with little supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Compassionate and respectful when working with seniors
- Able to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Previous cooking or food-service experience preferred
- CPR certification preferred, but not required
- MUST be able to pass background check
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 16 residents
- Prepare breakfast to order based on resident preferences
- Follow established menus while providing attractive, enjoyable meals
- Serve meals and interact warmly with residents
- Clear tables following meals
- Wash dishes and complete kitchen and dining-area cleanup
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food-preparation area
- Follow proper food-handling and safety procedures
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents
Schedule & Pay Range:
Thursday-Monday $15-$18 p/hr DOE
