The Lodge Assisted Living has launched a search for just the right Assisted Living Administrator to join our loving and efficient team. We pride ourselves in keeping our residents and staff safe while protecting their dignity and independence. We celebrate the team approach of collaborative care and service for the elderly who live in our beautiful lodges.
The Administrator reports to and works hand-in-hand with the Director. The Administrator provides licensed oversight of the site of assignment. Measures of success include successful function of all employees, care of residents, communication with families, and a balanced budget as implemented by flow chart assignments.
Qualifications:
· Current RCA license
· 1 to 3 years of experience
Management skills needed in organization, leadership, human resources, resident care, and physical environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
