We’re looking for a personable, skilled Server with solid bartending experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can mix a great drink, connect naturally with regulars, and deliver warm, attentive service to new guests.
Compensation: Hourly wage 20% included gratuity additional tips.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable guest interactions through great service and conversation
- Prepare consistent cocktails and beverages for both bar and dining room
- Understand guest preferences and personalize recommendations
- Maintain bar order, inventory levels, and cleanliness
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
- Be a resource for hotel guests and help elevate the overall experience
Skills
- Strong hospitality instincts with the ability to create genuine guest connections
- Confident knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Comfortable using Toast or similar POS systems
- Clear, friendly communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask while staying calm and composed
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness behind the bar
- Bartender certification Florida Food Handler certification required
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
