Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar station, and service supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and high-quality service
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies in compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a lively attitude
