About the Role


We're looking for a friendly, hospitality professional to serve as an “as-needed” Community Coordinator - think substitute teaching, but for coworking. In this flexible, as-needed role, you'll float across our three coworking campuses to cover the front desk, support daily operations, and keep our spaces running smoothly when staff are offsite or on PTO.

This is a great fit for someone with a flexible schedule who thrives in a people-first environment, takes pride in the details, is comfortable with last minute needs, and is able to jump into a new space to hit the ground running.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Member Experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact — warmly welcoming members and guests
  • Cover the front desk during staff absences, PTO, team off-sites, and high-traffic periods
  • Connect with members and proactively anticipate their needs
  • Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours as needed; complete tour documentation for the Campus Experience Manager
  • Sort inbound and outbound mail
Facility & Operations Support
  • Execute opening and closing checklists to ensure the campus is member-ready
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and coworking areas
  • Review daily conference room bookings and prep accordingly; reset rooms after each meeting
  • Restock supplies and flag any inventory needs
  • Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly rhythms if needed



What We're Looking For

  • Warm, people-first attitude — you genuinely enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Reliable and punctual; able to flex into shifts on short notice
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for how a space looks and functions
  • Comfortable working independently and figuring things out on the fly
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, office coordination, or a related field preferred




Logistics

  • Part-time, as-needed scheduling.
  • Two positions available. One position will cover two Raleigh locations and one position will cover Wake Forest
  • Flexible availability preferred, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or coverage during member events
  • Compensation: $25/hr - 1099
