What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- Payroll & HR
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Handle HR administration, onboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and needs
- Facility Point of Contact
- Be the main liaison for the entire facility—staff, leadership, and vendors
- Keep operations flowing smoothly day to day
- Anticipate issues and fix them before they become problems
- Finance & Admin Support
- Collect receipts from management and staff
- Upload, organize, and submit documentation to finance
- Maintain clean, accurate records
- Purchasing & Logistics
- Acquire supplies, equipment, and resources the team needs to succeed
- Coordinate scheduling, rides, and transportation when required
- Work proactively to ensure nothing (and no one) is ever stuck waiting
- General Office Management
- Act as an all-around office assistant and operational problem-solver
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and coordination
- Be a reliable, trusted, and valuable member of the team
