Summary
We are seeking a passionate Toddler Co Teacher (1-2's) to join our team at The Little Sage School in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a caring and engaging learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that reflect our curriculum goals.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Engage children in hands-on activities that promote creativity and critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements
- Must have high school diploma
- Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience in lesson planning and classroom management is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First aid certification is a plus.
