Line Cook / Prep Cook — The Little Grill

The Little Grill has been a Harrisonburg restaurant for over 85 years. We serve thousands of customers each month and take real pride in our food, our culture, and our team. We're looking for full and part-time line cooks and prep cooks who want to be part of something that matters.

This is a kitchen that moves fast, takes food seriously, and treats people well. If you're motivated, team-oriented, and ready to work with a crew that genuinely cares about what comes out of the kitchen — we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in a full service restaurant kitchen - pay negotiable based on experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently under pressure
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Availability for the entire time period between 7am and 4pm at least 3 days per week including one weekend day
• Minimum 20 hours per week for at least 6 months

Requirements: Must be able to provide references and pass a background check. Must be able to perform physical tasks normal to a fast-paced kitchen environment including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
