Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within the pet care facility, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
• Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding pet care, grooming, and customer service
• Oversee pet handling, animal restraint, and behavior management to ensure safety for pets and staff
• Coordinate pet boarding, pet sitting, and outdoor activities while maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards
• Assist with training new staff on animal handling techniques, kennel procedures, and customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records of pet care routines, sanitation schedules, and incident reports
• Support facility maintenance including cleaning, sanitization, and ensuring compliance with health regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in veterinary settings, veterinary technician work, or animal care facilities
• Knowledge of dog training, pet grooming, kennel management, and animal behavior principles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed for pet activities or facility maintenance
• Experience with animal restraint techniques and pet handling to ensure safety during all interactions
• Familiarity with pet boarding procedures, animal care protocols, and facility sanitization practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
