Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation.
- Handle cash management duties, including POS (Point of Sale) system operations such as Aloha POS and Micros POS platforms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, address complaints promptly, and foster positive guest experiences.
- Coordinate shift management, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Skilled in inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively in fast-paced environments such as quick service & fast food or fine dining establishments.
