We provide consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and we take the time to make quality client-caregiver matches to ensure that our caregivers are placed in homes where they are comfortable. - Day: 4-12 hour shifts M-F, 8-12 hour shifts on weekends
- Night: 8-12 hour shifts M-F, 12 hour shifts on weekends
- Prior experience as a Caregiver in a healthcare/ in-home care environment (minimum 4 years)
- (At Least) 2 Direct Care References
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Delighted to work in a one-on-one setting
- Strives to enforce health and safety standards
- Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Encouraging, Compassionate, and Reliable
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- $16-18 an hour for M-F schedule, $18- $20/hr if you work weekend shifts only
